- Great News. Free shipping is available to US customers with orders over $75. We offer reliable and economical shipping via USPS. Free
shipping does not apply to items marked as "special order".
Priority Mail shipping is available starting at $8.95. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and we do not charge your credit card until we ship. Business Days are Monday- Friday excluding major holidays. If a portion of your order is back ordered we may split your order into multiple shipments however we will not charge you for additional shipping.
International Shipping is available to these countries: Australia, Brazil. Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom.

- You can return or exchange merchandise within 30 days from the ship date. No exceptions.
- Returned items must be in brand new, original condition, with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging.
- Do not put tape or labels directly on to the merchandise or its packaging.
- Shoes should be tried on a clean, soft surface until you determine whether they fit.
- For fastest exchanges we recommend you order a replacement online and send the original items back for a refund.
Non Returnable Items.
We can NOT accept any returns or refunds on the following items: Tights, Under Garments, Special Order Items, Closeouts / Clearance Items and Customized Items. Pack2Rack bags are subject to a $35 restocking fee. No Refunds are given on shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Notify us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can send a replacement.
